What is the Subscription Portal and how can I access it?

If you have a recurring subscription (not a one off subscription order) you can access Customer Subscription Portal here.

Updates and amendments that can be made on the portal include: 
  1. Add new packs to your existing subscription.
  2. Alter your subscription packs.
  3. Update your payment details - a link will be sent to your nominated email address.
  4. Amend your payment schedule.
  5. Edit your shipping address.
  6. Edit your contact details.
  7. Skip a subscription month.
  8. Pause your subscription.
  9. Cancel your subscription.
Important!
If you update your address after your subscription has renewed, please contact us as your old details will be on the subscription renewal order. If you have a prepaid subscription you must contact us with details of your new address.
