What is the Subscription Portal and how can I access it?

Your Membership Hub (Subscription Portal) is where you can manage your recurring subscription details.

You can access your Membership Hub here.

From your Membership Hub, you can:

  • Update your subscription details
  • Change your subscription type (for eligible subscriptions)
  • Update your payment details
  • Change your renewal date
  • Edit your shipping address and contact details
  • Skip an upcoming subscription
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

Please note: If you update your shipping address after your subscription has renewed, your current order may already be processing with your previous address. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
