If my order hasn't arrived yet what are the next steps?

US orders:
All orders sent within the US are sent with tracking. When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. In your confirmation email is a ‘View your order’ button. Clicking on this link will take you directly to your order on your account. Alternatively, your order can be tracked via the customer order portal.

Australian orders:
Currently, Australia Post is delivering every second day, which can slow the delivery process. Therefore it is recommended that you allow two weeks for your order to arrive. If an order was placed without tracking unfortunately we won't have any more information to provide you on where the item is in transit. 

International orders:
International orders ship from Australia within 2-3 days of your order being placed. Average delivery timeframes are usually within 15 business days but can take over 25 days business for some locations. If an order was placed without tracking unfortunately we won't have any information on where the item is in transit.

The good news for untracked and tracked orders is that it's very uncommon for orders to go missing, they just may be taking the scenic route to get to you.
