My card payment did not go though. Will payment be taken again?

If a card payment is rejected for any reason, an email will be sent to you letting you know the payment couldn’t be processed. You can edit your card details via your subscription portal.

We will then automatically attempt payment again the next day and two days thereafter. 

If all payments are not successful, your subscription will be paused. We will also contact you to see if you need support updating your payment details and you can always contact us for support as well

Important: In the subscription portal when you click “Place Order Now” or “Click here to retry payment,” the payment will be processed immediately. 

This payment will cover the upcoming month’s subscription pack—for example, a payment made in January will be for the February pack.

If you missed payment for a previous month, retrying payment on that month will not automatically process an order for it. Unfortunately we can't send a missed pack but they are available for purchased separately here while stocks last.
