I gave an incorrect address on my order. What can I do?
If you notice an issue with your delivery address, please
get in contact with us as soon as possible as we may be able to update your shipping address before fulfilment.
Once an order has been shipped, we will need to wait until the order has returned to our warehouse to redirect it.
For US Orders:
As US orders are sent with tracking, we can monitor the order’s return to the warehouse. We can then reship your order. Please note, you will need to cover postage costs to resend your order.
For Australian & International Orders:
As AU and INTL orders are not sent with tracking unless purchased within the order, we will need to wait until our warehouse has received the order before resending. The return process may take up to 1-2 months for International orders. Once the order has returned to the warehouse. We can then reship your order. Please note you will need to cover postage costs to resend your order.
