When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
US orders
US orders are sent with tracking and are usually delivered within 1 week of shipping. You can check your order status and tracking information by logging into your customer account and viewing your orders.
Australian orders
Orders are sent via Australia Post and are generally untracked unless a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
International orders
International orders are generally sent without tracking unless a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, although delivery times can vary depending on your country and local postal service.
General orders are shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Subscription orders ship every Friday.
