For US customers:
Subscription packs are shipped from our US warehouse with tracking. You can check your order status anytime through your customer account.
For Australian customers:
Subscription packs are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
For International customers:
Subscription packs are shipped from Australia and delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service. Please allow up to one month for delivery.
