When will I receive my subscription pack?

For US orders:
Our subscription packs are shipped each Friday. Meaning your subscriptions will be shipped in the week of your payment renewal or payment. All orders are sent with tracking. To check your order status, please visit your customer account and navigate to orders page. 

For Australian orders:
All shipments are sent untracked via Australia Post. Due to current delivery schedules (every second day), please allow up to two weeks for your pack to arrive.
Be sure your postal address on the order is up to date — good news is, Australia Post is very reliable and we’ve never had a missing order! 

For International orders:
Orders are shipped untracked from Australia and can take up to three weeks to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service.
