When do subscription payments renew?

Subscriptions renew one month from the date you signed up. You can always change the date via your subscription portal. 

Your portal will show you your next renewal date.

You can scroll down and adjust this by pressing Reschedule. Select the new date. Note that subscriptions are posted every Friday with a weekly Thursday cutoff, so you won't be able to pick a Thursday or Friday.

You can always Delay your upcoming subscription as well which will push out the renewal date. This doesn't reset the subscription schedule. 

Important - When amending your payment schedule and you’ve already made a payment this month, we recommend setting your new renewal date to the following month—unless you’d like to receive the same pack again this month.

You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before renewal so you can make changes if needed.

Payments are securely stored and processed through our subscription platform.
