When do subscription payments renew?

Subscription renewals are charged automatically on the 15th of each month. This will be for the following month's stickers. 

For example, a renewal charged on January 15th creates an auto order for you to receive our February packs.

We’ll email you a reminder a few days before your renewal, so you’ll have time to make any changes if needed via your subscription portal.

If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your next pack will still be sent.

However, if you didn’t mean to renew, contact us — we’re happy to help with a refund.
