Can I change the payment date for my renewal?
Yes, you can — just head to your
customer subscription portal to make changes. Click on the the Reschedule link and select the day you want.

By default, subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month. This gives us enough time to prepare and pack your order for the following month’s delivery.
