Can I switch packs if I have an existing subscription?

US Customers

If you have a classic subscription such as the Designer or Studio subscription, you can switch this via your personal customer portal. 


Note: you cannot swap to a My Curated subscription. This is because the sheets and pack size are bespoke to what you pick. You'll need to start a new subscription first to join this pack. Click here to learn how.
 
To swap a classic pack, head to your customer portal and click Edit. On the side bar, press Swap.
